We understand that our people are our most important asset, they are what make our schools great places to learn and develop.
We want our people to have a clear career pathway when they join us. New employees will be provided with a bespoke induction programme to support them in their first months of employment.
Our schools are all well served by public transport, with rail and bus services within easy walking distance of each of our schools.
We know that the relationships we have at work are important. Not only do staff need to establish positive relationships with students and parents/carers, they also need to establish positive relationships with their colleagues.

One of the key features of our culture is the support staff receive from their line manager and school leaders. Our leadership team has a clear vision for the Federation and its schools, and work with our staff to empower and develop them to achieve this vision. Our Finance and HR teams work across our schools to provide support to staff at all levels.
